Nalin belongs to an illustrious cricketing family. He himself has played for "A" division teams in the Mumbai cricket circles, as well as almost all the MCA organised affiliated tournaments such as Times Shield, Talim Shield, Kanga League, EMERCK Shield and a host of other tournaments.
In his second innings, he has helmed the 15 year old, distinguished advertising agency, Collateral, where he and his team partnered with several auto brands such as VW, Audi, Tata Motors, Tata Genuine Parts, Drivol ,etc,. Being an avid cricketer and a communication specialist, Nalin always felt that there was a need to have a cricket tournament exclusively for the automotive industry, so when Suchit pitched-in his thought of a cricket tournament for the auto industry, it seemed like a perfect timing.
Auto Cup India has been a dream cherished by automobile industry stalwart & cricket enthusiast Suchit Kangutkar. His association and love for the game has been the inspiration behind organizing cricket and sports-based events. This passion has seen him getting involved in what will be India’s biggest cricket spectacle for automotive industry yet. With the aim of putting Indian Auto Industry on the national, and in time the international stage, he is committed to the cause of garnering support, and creating a platform for the auto industry to compete at the highest level.
